Swami Shraddhanand

Swami Shraddhanand (1856-1926) was a prominent Indian Hindu monk, social reformer, and writer.

He was born as Pandit Govind Das in a family of Brahmins in Paniah, a small village in the state of Bihar, India.

Shraddhanand joined the Arya Samaj at the age of 11 and later became a monk, taking the name 'Shraddhanand'.

He was a prolific writer and published numerous books on various subjects, including social reform, spirituality, and philosophy.
